Hello everyone,
I want to first apologize for the lack of communication regarding a few issues at the property. I promise you I have been working on getting them resolved and I appreciate your patience. With that being said please contact me with any concerns you have or if somethings need to be fixed. Although I have a bed there, I do not stay very often and am often unaware there is a problem until someone brings it to my attention. I want to make this place as comfortable as I can for everyone so you are happy. Just shoot me a text at 805-610-6189. A few concerns I wanted to address that were brought to my attention are: cleaning, door lock, Netflix, and the kitchen light. I was unaware the Netflix was not working and will get that back as soon as I can figure out why it stoped working in the first place. The front door lock has been a major stress for me, although it may seem as though I had forgotten about it. I have been diligently working to getting it resolved and the leasing office has told me at least 5 different times it would be getting installed the day I called. I was promised that it would be getting installed for sure this Thursday the 15th (Now the 16th). Also, the cleaning has been something I am desperately looking to get resolved. Although everyone is expected to clean up after themselves I do not expect you to be cleaning the toilets and showers. I have been struggling to find someone but it is at the top of my list. The kitchen light is also something I was t aware of and will be calling maintenance today to see if they can fix that when they install the new door lock. Again, I want to thank you for your patience. I really do want to make this place comfortable for everyone so please let me know if you have any concerns I can fix. Sincerely, Shanna
